The fascinating fight of Tomeu l’Amo, scientist and artist from Mallorca to prove that a painting he bought in an antiques shop in Girona in 1989 is a work by Salvador Dali. Although expert opinions were contrary to his idea, he remained determined in his conviction for over 25 years. After decades of research, Tomeu claims that not only he’s able to prove who the author of the work is, but also claims to have discovered the so-called Dali Code. That is a series of cyphers in the form of numbers where the surrealist genius concealed various messages in his works. Tomeu’s perseverance catches the attention of Nicolás Descharnes, the biggest world expert in the work of Dali.
