This year we have started a collaboration with two young documentary filmmakers and critics, Miquel Martí Freixas and Anna Petrus, who bring us the splendid J’aimerais partager le printemps avec quelqu’un by Joseph Morder, a programming bet on new forms. Taking up the invitation of the Pocket Films Festival, director Joseph Morder began making a diary film with a mobile phone camera. During the three months he spent filming, between February and May 2007, several significant events took place: his move to a new flat, several journeys, the sale of the family apartment, the presidential election campaign and his meeting with Sacha. J’aimerais partager le printemps avec quelqu’un uncovers the potential of a new cinematic language and was the first feature shot with a mobile phone camera to be widely distributed in French cinemas.
